Terms of service

Short version. Be a decent human. Don't cheat the comps. Don't post things that get us in legal trouble. We can suspend accounts that do.

Your account

• You must be 16 or over.
• You're responsible for what happens on your account.
• One human, one account. No bots, no shared accounts.

Comps and challenges

Bantasy provides skill-based fantasy sports comps. Where money or prizes are at stake in a private comp between mates, that's between you and your mates and is not facilitated, held or paid by Bantasy.

• Don't collude with other entrants.
• Don't exploit bugs to gain an advantage.
• Don't set up sock puppets to stuff a comp.

Community conduct

The forum is for talking sport. Banter is fine. The following are not.

• Harassment, hate speech, doxxing.
• Sexual content involving minors.
• Sharing private information without consent.
• Spam, scams, advertising without permission.

Mods can remove content and suspend accounts. Egregious cases get permanent bans.

Content you post

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you grant Bantasy a non-exclusive licence to display it within the app and on the public web. You can delete your content at any time.

Service availability

We aim for high uptime but Bantasy is provided "as is". We don't guarantee uninterrupted service, and we're not liable for indirect losses (lost comps, lost wagers between mates, etc.).

Termination

You can close your account any time from settings or by emailing us. We can suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes go to the courts of that jurisdiction.
